High cycle life & zero leakage ball valve

Hoke Inc., a division of Circor International, has introduced the 70 & 71 Series unidirectional, high-performance ball valves designed to exceed 100,000 cycles with zero leakage. Two new stem seal designs – DL a Delta design and TL an energised Teflon – enable high-cycle and zero leakage, while ensuring system compatibility. When media compatibility is essential, select the “TL” Series valve with its all Teflon seals.
The 70 Series has a welded-end fitting that prevents accidental disassembly while the 71 Series has a gasket-end fitting which allows for rebuilding. The 70 and 71 Series have live-loaded seats that compensate for wear and temperature cycling with zero leakage over the entire pressure range. 70 and 71 Series valves are suitable for applications in the chemical, analytical, sampling systems and instrumentation markets. The 70 Series can provide maximum operating pressures to 6000 PSIG @ 70° F and temperature ranges of –65° F to +350°F, depending upon the valve selected. A wide range of connection types and sizes up to 3/8” and 10mm are readily available. The 70 and 71 Series have a quarter turn handle for quick on/off service with a visual indication of valve position and are also available with factory assembled pneumatic actuators.
