Huge valves for Middle East gas plants

Severn Glocon (UK) has won an order for more than 400 valves to be delivered to a new gas processing plant in the Middle East. The plant is being built for the Qatar General Petroleum Company by a joint venture consisting of Hyundai Engineering and Construction and Snamprogetti. Severn Glocon was awarded the contract to supply globe, butterfly and ball control valves for the entire two-site project. A significant number of the globe valves are equipped with Severn Glocon’s multi-labyrinth trim designs to meet critical and arduous applications.
