Hunting Petroleum France, a subsidiary of Hunting PLC, has completed the acquisition of Roforge, a manufacturer of forged steel valves for the energy, refining and petrochemical industries. Roforge is based in Lyon, France. It is Hunting’s seventh acquisition in the last 12 months. Hunting has supplied a range of petroleum-related products and services to France since the 1930s. Hunting Petroleum France serves the French oil and gas industry through operating companies that include Interpec, a petrochemical and refinery equipment supplier; Larco, a manufacturer of refined oil storage products and systems; and ICR, a turnkey oil and gas engineering consultancy.
