Husky Injection Molding Systems is now able to offer the Ultra Helix™ 350 valve gate. This new series of nozzles provides customers with even more options for creating a wider range of applications, producing better quality parts and extending the gate life.
Husky conducted extensive research in order to understand the fundamentals of valve gate dynamics, materials, wear, and gate quality while developing the Ultra Helix™ nozzle. Coming as close as possible to zero gate vestige performance, the Ultra Helix™ valve gate dramatically improves part quality. Additionally, Ultra Helix nozzles offer high thermal uniformity and virtually eliminates mechanical wear on the valve stems and cavity steel.
