HydraForce has launched the full production version of its HTS38-34 proportional pressure control valve, a direct-acting, compact solution engineered for high-pressure performance, fast response, and minimal leakage in an industry-standard cavity.
Designed for demanding hydraulic circuits, the HTS38-34 maintains stable control at high flow rates, with a maximum inlet pressure of 350 bar (5,000 psi), control pressure up to 152 bar (2,200 psi), and a flow capacity of 0 to 19 lpm (5 gpm). Its maximum internal leakage is just 95 ml/min (5.8 in³/min) — 40% lower than other direct-acting valves and 70% lower than pilot-operated alternatives.
The direct-acting design provides rapid response and reliable performance, making the HTS38-34 ideal for braking, clutch, and pilot control applications in mobile and agricultural equipment that require precise and consistent pressure control.
