Hydraquip CSI to merge into SIT

SIT recently secured large contracts which benefit from additional manufacturing capacity to complete, and which was a driving factor behind the CSI/SIT merger. On September 1, 2016, virtually all of Hydraquip Custom Systems, Inc. (CSI) will become a part of Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) as a result of an asset acquisition. Both SIT and CSI are part of Employee Owned Holdings, Inc., a 100% employee-owned family of companies based in Houston, Texas. Kevin Hayes will continue to lead operations as they are being transitioned as president of SIT in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Some SIT projects will be relocated to the CSI manufacturing location in Houston, Texas, to provide additional crane capacity and manpower. Transitioning CSI jobs, which includes those for power units and jacking systems, will continue to be managed from the Houston facility.
SIT will continue to focus on “Creating Structures in Motion” offering design conception, engineering, and supply & support of turnkey systems in addition to product based offerings. The new company structure includes five segments: Civil, Marine (LNG pump rooms, valve actuation, marine tank management, fuel & water filtration), Military, Jacking Systems and Hydraulic Systems.
