It’s based entirely on what employees say about their experience, measured through the Trust Index™ survey, an internationally recognised benchmark of workplace culture.
Companies must achieve a minimum Trust Index™ score of 65% to be certified. IMI successfully passed this threshold with an 86% score, placing us in the second-highest quartile among companies surveyed in the ‘Small’ category in 2024.
