Durapipe UK is expanding its valve and flow control service offering under the newly formed ‘Flow Control Solutions Team’, to provide enhanced flow control solutions for customers across the industrial services sector.
The dedicated Flow Control Solutions Team is on hand at every stage of a project from advice on initial designs and specifications through to installation guidance and on-site support. Alongside an extensive range of standard valve and actuator configurations, the team often builds bespoke valve solutions to cater for specific customer and application needs.
With an increasing demand for more automated processes within industrial applications, remote operation of valves and flow control solutions is often a key customer requirement for new projects. Durapipe’s dedicated team can provide bespoke actuated valves that meet a variety of connectivity requirements, including Bluetooth enabled actuators.
Durapipe knows that getting valves quickly can be crucial for customers, which is why it is offering a Speedstock range, comprising the most popular valves ordered by customers. The new Durapipe Flow Control Solutions Team can quote, build, test and dispatch a valve from its Speedstock range within 48 hours, ensuring minimum downtime and disruption for customers.
The team will also be providing a ‘live chat’ facility on Durapipe’s online stock checker, to enable customers to chat in real time to a member of the Flow Control Solutions Team, regarding stock availability, valve options and lead times.
