Jacobs-HDR JV receives NAVFAC Atlantic contract

Jacobs Engineering Group’s joint venture with HDR received a single-award contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic to provide architecture and engineering services at various locations worldwide. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a maximum order limit of USD 60M over five years.

Under the terms of the contract, the joint venture is supporting the sustainment, restoration and modernisation programme for U.S. Navy and other Department of Defense facilities and infrastructure. The primary area of focus for this contract is the continental United States. In addition, the joint venture’s scope of work may include support to the entire NAVFAC area of responsibility, which includes the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Western Asia and multiple other geographies.

Making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Tom McDuffie stated, “We have built strong relationships with our client, NAVFAC Atlantic, and our JV partner HDR over our years of working together to deliver innovative and efficient design and building solutions on DoD projects around the world.
