JC has delivered an order of more than 70 valves recently for an Underground Gas Storage Project in Turkey. This is the phase II of this project. JC has already supplied for phase I last year and is now producing the valves for phase III. Most of the valves produced for this order are Fully Welded Ball Valves (with BW and flanged ends) with pneumatic actuators, from sizes 2” up to 24” and pressure rates 600lbs & 1500lbs. These valves have followed a specific technical process: submerged arc welding and local post weld heat treatment. It guarantees good quality results according to customer’s requirements for this application.
