Leslie Controls, Inc. has introduced the K-Max Rotary Control Valve, suitable for liquids, gases, steam and slurries. The valve has greater than 100:1 rangeability and stable, bi-directional flow. The durable steel-case diaphragm actuator gives high thrust, low friction, accurate control and is more fire-resistant than aluminium actuators. K-Max valves have enclosed actuator linkage with gasketed steel covers for safety and corrosion protection. They are available in sizes 1″ through 8″ with ANSI 150-300-600 ratings in carbon steel, 316 stainless, alloy 20, Hastelloy C and titanium. Full size trim and three reductions are available in all valve sizes. The valves are available in 1-6″ wafer, CS or SS bodies.
