Kitz Corp. has widened its range of products which are available from R.P Valves, its authorised UK distributor of Low & High Alloy steel Gate Globe & check valves. These now includes the full range of flanged soft seated ball valves in both reduced and full bore in class 150lb, 300lb and 600lb ratings. Moreover in keeping with the companies’ philosophy of holding more specialised products, a comprehensive range of High & Low temperature floating ball valves, which includes Kitz latest Metal seated 6H design and new Cryogenic ball valves with extended bonnets fully compliant with the latest International & European standards for duties down to minus 196C, including Shell SGS fugitive emission requirements contained within specification SPE 77/312 (The process to obtain
Shell SGS’s approval is underway). Having launched at Valve World 2004 in Maastricht, additional special alloy materials from Kitz foundry, which included several high corrosion resistant materials for use as valve castings for body, bonnet and trim options. R.P V have selected both duplex and super duplex stainless steels to be held across the complete range of Gate, Globe, Check and now its full Ball valve range.
