KSB acquires S Korean valve manufacturer

KSB AG has acquired South Korean valve specialist Seil Seres Co Ltd. The acquisition of Seil Seres will expand KSB’s East Asian marine valve market to include cryogenic ball valves and needle valves, together with valve control and monitoring equipment. Seil Seres also manufactures hydraulic and pneumatic actuators.
