In July this year, the KSB Group acquired two service operations: EITB (Entreprise Industrielle de Travaux et de Bobinages) in France and MSOS (Mechanical Services on Site) in Belgium. This move is designed to strengthen the group’s European service organisation. With the acquisition of “Entreprise Industrielle de Travaux et de Bobinages”, the European service provider adds to its know-how in the repair of electric motors. EITB has 36 employees and locations in Avignon and Lyon. “Mechanical Services On Site” specialises in “on-site service” for pumps as well as for all rotating equipment. The Belgian company currently has 25 employees and is based in Antwerp. These new acquisitions now bring the number of KSB’s own service sites throughout Europe to a total of 61.
