LESER safety valves for industrial refrigeration

LESER has configured several of its proven safety valve models especially for use in industrial refrigeration technology.

These ‘cool solutions’ with LESER safety valves in industrial refrigeration technology were recently presented to the public for the first time at the Chillventa in Nuremberg, the trade show for energy efficiency, heat pumps and refrigeration technology held between 14 October and 16 October 2014. “Industrial refrigeration needs the same high safety standards as procedural facilities”, explains LESER Division Manager Dirk Michalowski. Furthermore, we offer safety valves which are exactly configured for the refrigeration technology.”

Safety valves from LESER offer high functional tightness. All valve areas that depend on high tightness are sealed with welding, seals or O-rings – and emissions to the outside are effectively reduced. The materials used for the O-rings are resistant to conventional refrigerants, which means there is no swelling or adhering. Safety valves with a bellows configuration can be used and precisely configured with VALVESTAR® in refrigeration systems with backpressure. The standardised refrigeration technology configurations can be delivered in a short two to four weeks.

The centre-to-face dimensions and safety valve performance are customary for the industry. In addition, thanks to international approvals, LESER safety valves can be used around the world.
