LESER’s new sizing program is Valvestar 7.3.1

LESER has updated the sizing program VALVESTAR®,and now the new version 7.3.1 is available.

VALVESTAR® is a software used to size and calculate a LESER safety valve. It conforms to global codes and standards, such as API, ASME VIII or AD 2000-Merkblatt.

A customer is led step-by-step throughout the sizing-process, which makes sizing and measuring easy and, most importantly, more safe. VALVESTAR® is available in more than 15 languages. It allows a customer to create individual reports for technical documentation and change the layout of the program to configure it for their purpose.

Version VS 7.3.1 allows the addition of new article numbers to calculate the pilot operated safety valve (POSV) 820 1×2 2500×300 and compact performance type 429 HDD. The article numbers of the discontinued types 459 HDD/462 HDD are still available for recalculating old valves. The new version also allows the addition of several connection configurations for series 459 as well as for screwed and flange connections.
