KJLC’s rectangular gate valves offer wider rectangular valve openings commonly used for semiconductor processing, solar panels, LCD/flat panel, and other vacuum coating applications. The new valves are rated up to 2 million cycles and available with 200mm through 2000mm openings. These KJLC rectangular valves are suitable for vacuum applications which require large valve openings. The bellows-sealed rectangular gate valves feature a patented L-Motion link assembly (U.S. Patent Pending) and dual shafts without springs in the actuator. The dust seal on the vacuum side of the bonnet flange virtually eliminates process particulate from entering the bellows. The valves feature mechanical locking, so that at the end of blade travel during valve closure, the valve locks into position. The benefit of this design is that any back pressure on the gate will not affect sealing properties.
