Lever valves for high-purity fluids

Hydraulic and electrical separation between liquid and valve parts is essential for the flow control of aggressive, particle loaded or high-purity liquids. Lever valves are particularly suitable in such cases. Apart from media separation, lever valves provide a reduced dead space. Due to their design, they are also robust and resistant to the effect of particles. They are also easy to disassemble and clean.

A further advantage is the distance between the fluid path and solenoid, resulting in a thermal separation. Even temperature sensitive media can be controlled with lever valves and the formation of lime scale in water applications can be reduced. Lever valves give flexibility in both mounting position and flow direction, allowing these valves to be incorporated into a wide range of possible applications.

A. u. K. Müller offers a choice of standard lever valves, other variants can be offered upon request. The 2/2-way lever valves are offered in nominal widths DN2 and DN4. Equipped with a 6mm push fit connector, they can be easily integrated into existing fluid paths. A 3/2 way version with DN4 is also offered. All types are electrically optimised and exhibit low power consumption. Coils with class IP 65 are offered for use in more demanding environments. Additional features such as a manual control can be provided.
