Limitorque Pneumatic multi turn L270 actuators

Two Limitorque L270-40 Pneumatic actuators are being tested at Acrodyne Pty Ltd before dispatch.

These units are being used on emergency isolation valves associated with a water treatment plant, being pneumatic means that the actuators are not reliant on an alternative electric power source to operate, instead rely on stored compressed air.

The actuators operate typically on an air supply of 690KPA and produce a maximum torque of 542NM.

The actuators include limit and torque switches as well as a local control package, local position indicator, and manual override and declutch device.

The Most Advanced Low Pressure Gas/Pneumatic Operator In The World The L270 Operator is manufactured to the most stringent standards in the world Incorporating both total reliability and the industry’s most innovative control features, the L270 series reflects Limitorque’s decades of experience in and dedication to perfecting pneumatic valve control.

Available with an extensive variety of control packages to satisfy any control system, the L-70 series maximizes operating flexibility by featuring versatile component compatibility with its parent line, the L120 series electric operator known worldwide as the industry standard.
