Regency Energy Partners LP has appointed Thomas E. Long as executive vice president and chief financial officer effective 1 December 2010. Long will also serve as principal financial officer for SEC purposes. With 30 years of experience in the upstream, downstream and midstream sectors, Long joins Regency from Matrix Service Company. He held the position of vice president and chief financial officer at Matrix from April 2008. Long served as vice president and chief financial officer of DCP Midstream Partners in addition to other executive positions for subsidiaries of Duke Energy.
