Marco’s superior jet valve system

SJet is the name given to the marco valve drive system Superior Jet. This system offers control skills equipped with a screw-channel media, and provides easily interchangeable valve seat inserts. SJet is a dispensing valve for metering a range of media from low to high viscosity liquids or pasty media. Feeding and dispensing is done hermetically separated from the valve drive.

The valve is connected to the mtv/ehm control electronics via a single cable with a 10-pin connector interface. Optional modules can be plugged in for maintenance purposes and additional local functions via a second 6-pin interface. The valve has an integrated heater to regulate heating of the liquid to be dispensed. Marco’s applications have complete sensor monitoring and instant regulability so that process parameters can be permanently set providing utmost precision. During the manufacturing process any modulations of frequency, stroke, opening and closing kinematics can be controlled precisely and can be regulated reproducibly.

Through full function control the marco SJet reaches significantly greater efficiency during burst mode for special requirements. The dosage may thus be modulated synchronously and with long-term reliability within any moving parts. The sealing seat wearing time is further reduced.
