Marwin valve simplifies automation

Marwin Valve introduces the 3L/T2S00 Series, a Class 150/300 3-way and 4-way valve that will lower overall costs by allowing the replacement of two or three conventional straight-line valves, eliminating excess fittings, and simplifying automation. The Marwin Series 3L/T2S00 is a versatile large size (2″ – 6″) multi-port valve. It can be configured as either a 3-way or a 4-way valve with “L”, “T” or “LL” (double “L”) ports. It consists of a heavy-duty centre section that can be furnished with bolted-on flanged ends for either a Class 150 or Class 300 valve. It can also be furnished with bolted-on screwed, socket, or butt weld ends.
The 3L/T2S00 Series “L” port operates as a simple diverting valve, enabling the diversion of flow from one line to another. The straight passage ways of the “T” port provide flow rates similar to a two-way valve, while allowing the diversion of flow with a simple quarter-turn of the handle. The valve features four seats for equal seat loading, and a trunnion ball to prevent excessive seat loading and reduce side loading on the stem for better actuation.
