Following the recent acquisition, Mastergear – a long established brand in the valve gearbox marketplace – is now part of the Rotork Group of flow control companies.
The Mastergear range of gearboxes for the manual and motorised operation of part-turn and multi-turn valves has joined the product portfolio offered by the Rotork Gears Division, enabling Rotork to offer customers a more comprehensive range of products and services.
Since its formation in the early 1960s, Mastergear has developed a comprehensive range of gearbox products to suit a wide variety of environmental and operational specifications, ranging from general industry to buried service and subsea.
The acquisition is in line with Rotork’s strategy and strengthens the Rotork Group’s presence in the flow control sector, including the water treatment and distribution market.
