Metso boosts pulp and paper processes in India

High-tech automation solutions make pulp and paper processes more efficient and sustainable. Metso has made inroads into Indian paper mills and larger fibre lines. In addition to Metso DNA automation platform, Metso’s total concept for the pulp and paper industry consists of advanced process controls, information management, condition and runnability monitoring, analysers and valves.

Metso has opened service centres in Gurgaon (Haryana), Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Vadodara Panipat and Paradeep. They house facilities for global engineering, assembly and integration of DCS cabinets as well as for training. There is also a valve supply and service centre for Jamesbury and Neles valves as well as an R&D centre. Metso also provides automation expertise for demanding relocation projects.
