Midland appoints

Midland Manufacturing, a division of OPW Fluid Transfer Group and a global player in railroad tank car safety valves and equipment, announces the appointment of David Clugg to the position of Product Manager, effective 1 May 2007. In this role, Mr Clugg will be responsible for new product development, product rationalization, and Product Advertising and Marketing. He will report to Kevin Cook, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Midland.
