Midland Manufacturing appoints

Midland Manufacturing, a North American-based railroad tank car safety valves and equipment manufacturer, and a division of the OPW Fluid Transfer Group, has announced that Michael Santangelo has been promoted to the position of Customer Service Supervisor for the company. In his new role, Mr Santangelo will have responsibility for all customer service functions.
