Aignep developed the new 07V series of 10mm–15mm miniature solenoid valves. These valves are designed for those applications, where high performances in terms of pressure and flow are specified together with low power consumption, especially when spaces are reduced.
The 07V valves control the flow of air or inert gases and they can pilot other valves or cylinders. The electrical parts consist in a copper wire coil encapsulated in a moulded nylon-glass cage in order to withstand to high temperature. All valves are normally equipped with NBR seals. The mechanical parts are mainly in stainless steel to assure a longer lifetime. The pilot aims to 50M cycles of life expectancy. Max. cycles per minute are 2700. All versions are equipped with a manual override. The 10mm valves are available in 3/2 NC or NO. The 15mm valves are available in 3/2 NC or NO only with terminal DIN 43650C. Valves can be powered by 12V or 24V DC. A wide range of sub-bases and accessories allow the constructions of batteries or other desired combinations.
