New advantages and application options are now available with the expanded valve size range for the mixproof Varivent® tank bottom valves type T_R, from Tuchenhagen. The new rated sizes for the Varivent® tank bottom valve are: DN 25 / 1“ OD, DN 150, 2“ IPS, 3“ IPS, and 4“ IPS, 6“ IPS. In practice the DN 25/ 1“ OD tank bottom valve is not only a conventional tank shut-off valve but is also an optimal double-seat mixproof sampling valve. Additionally the economical and advantageous Eco-matrix® piping system is now offered in these small sizes. The DN 150 / 6“ IPS tank bottom valve is a suitable valve for outlets with high flow rates, e.g. on the whirlpool. Features of the expanded valve size range include: valves are optimally suited for double-seat mixproof sampling systems; mixproof solutions for tank outlets with high flow rates; and use with the economical Eco-matrix® piping system is possible.
