Model 310/410 solenoid valves improved

Humphrey Products Co. has redesigned the set screw and pushrod assembly in its Model 310/410 direct-acting solenoid valves to improve performance over the life of the valve. Humphrey Engineering redesigned these two pieces into a single threaded pushrod which eliminates the opportunity for wear between the two parts. After testing to 20 million cycles, the modification resulted in more consistent valve to valve performance, and valve performance that is more consistent with initial product performance. Humphrey 310/410 Series valves are compact 1/8in ported 3-way and 4-way direct acting solenoid valves designed to meet a variety of pneumatic applications. Valves of the same series can be mounted in-line or on a subbase and 310 and 410 valves can be combined on the same manifold. Both series of valves have a short-stroke balanced poppet design that permits rapid cycling, requires no lubrication, and is more tolerant of impurities in the air system, ensuring positive sealing. Both valves are rated for air and inert gas from vacuum at 28in Hg to 125psig. The continuous duty coil has a power consumption of 4.0wtts, comes with flying leads and is available in a range of AC and DC voltages.
