MRC now offers access to an extensive range of pipeline materials through the latest member of its group, Scanfit International.
Scanfit International specialises in the supply of stainless steel pipeline materials to the oilfield, petrochemical and related industries. Based in Norwich, on the East Coast of the UK, Scanfit has a long and established history of supplying both UK and international clients.
Andy Warnes, General Manager at Scanfit says “My team have wide experience which enables us to offer a large range of fully certified pipe, fittings and flanges in almost any material, predominantly sourced from prime European manufacturers. Additionally, our machining facility enables us to maximize the flexibility of our extensive inventory to meet customer requirements and offer destructive or non-destructive testing. We are also familiar with, and hold an extensive library of, global project specifications resulting in a better understanding of contract requirements.”
Scanfit manages a comprehensive inventory at their Norwich facility which encompasses the items listed in the box overleaf. Whilst extensive, it is appreciated that there will be occasions where customised products are required.
Scanfit holds ISO 9001:2008 approval in recognition of the demand for quality assurance and control to a high level. All material is available fully certified to BS EN 10204:2004, Type 3.1, manufactured in accordance with current material and design standards.
