Nabors Offshore Corporation, a Nabors Industries Company, has commissioned a newly constructed inland barge rig, Barge Rig 11. Safety and protection of the environment were fundamental values in the design and construction of the rig. The dimensions of Barge Rig 11 are 160′ x 40′ x 14′. The rig, which can work in shallow water depth ranges between 5 and 12 feet, has a capacity of 600 horsepower and a hook load of 428 kips. The rig will be equipped with the Epoch Rigwatch ™ Drilling Instrumentation System.
