Lee Products has introduced a range of high-pressure check valves designed specifically for harsh-duty applications such as chemical injection. Constructed of corrosion-resistant materials compliant with NACE MR0175 and ISO 15156 specifications, they feature a durable MP35N poppet and seat and have been designed for checked direction pressures up to 15,000 psid. They are available in free flow forward and free flow reverse directions with cracking pressures of 5+/-3 and 1+0.5psid. According to Lee Products, these valves are individually tested and inspected to eliminate the need for additional in-house testing, and because they are NACE compliant will withstand the effects of challenging environments such as those found in the oil tool industry.
