KITZ Corporation is pleased to announce the name change of its Indian Group company, Micro Pneumatics Private Limited to KITZ India Private Limited, effective December 13, 2025. As KITZ Group continues to expand its business presence in the Indian market, KITZ India will serve as the core entity to further strengthen our production and sales structure and accelerate business growth in the region.
KITZ India will serve as the hub for integrating manufacturing and sales networks across major industrial areas in India, enhancing the ability to serve not only the fine chemicals industry but also a wide range of sectors. We will further strengthen fully localized business operations to deliver strategies tailored to the needs of the Indian market. In addition, Kitz will continue to explore opportunities for strategic M&A that contribute to business growth and synergy creation.
