Since the beginning of April of this year, KSB Aktiengesellschaft has a new brochure available on the subject of pumps and valves for use in high-rise and large buildings. The target group for the new publication are consultants and plant engineers active in this field. Following a short introduction about the company itself, the interested reader is shown examples of KSB technology used in renowned buildings, for example the “Burj Dubai” which, upon completion, will be the tallest building in the world, the Dresden car factory known as “Gläserne Manufaktur” (Glass Factory), the University Hospital at Heidelberg and Munich Airport. The purpose of the illustrated descriptions is to give consultants and plant engineers some ideas for their own projects and to show them examples of proven technical solutions. At the end of the brochure, the readers will find, divided according to the application fields water supply and drainage, as well as heating/air-conditioning, a short description of the pumps and valves they may want to consider for their projects.
