SAUTER presents the new ADM333 motorised actuators for final control elements such as air valves and butterfly valves. They offer high holding forces, constant speed, and easy installation. They come with two mounting kits and are compatible with older models.
SAUTER’s new ADM333 product line is designed for automated operation of HVAC systems. These powerful and robust motorised actuators are specially designed for final control elements such as air dampers, gates, and butterfly valves, and replace the long-standing A44 series in SAUTER’s actuator portfolio.
The ADM333 actuators are ideal for use in combination with the SAUTER DEF tight-sealing butterfly valves. Their high holding forces and constant running time make them especially reliable and efficient. An outstanding feature of the new ADM333 actuators is the classic cut-off system with switching cams and micro-switches. No additional tools are required. This system does not require a permanent power supply and is thus fully compatible with the older A44 actuators, making the ADM333 series ideal replacement actuators.
The ADM333 actuators also have a self-adjusting potentiometer. This allows continuous feedback of the actuator position when required and thus facilitates precise and reliable control. The version with a positioner (ADM333S) also supports current and voltage signals as well as a fault signal contact for wire break detection.
SAUTER offers two different kits for fitting on throttle valves: one with a hand lever and one without. This flexibility allows easy and fast installation, adapted to the specific needs of the users.
