New positioners from PMV
PMV, of Kaarst, Germany, has introduced the modular positioner P3 and the D3 digital valve positioner. The P3 is designed specifically for linear valves and actuators with strokes of 6-60 mm (option: min 3 mm). The P3 is easily converted from a pneumatic to an electro-pneumatic and to a single or double acting. The electro-pneumatic unit has approvals for usein hazardaous areas. – The D3 digital valve positioner has a computer-optimised pneumatic relay with piezo-electric valves, offering dynamic performance and low steady-state air consumption. All information is presented on a large graphic display and configuration is simply done from five large push buttons.
