The newly-released hydraulic cartridge valves from HydraForce have a built-in sensing option capable of transmitting an “on” or “off” signal for position-sensing in hydraulic systems. They are suitable for lifting, lowering, machine on/off, and for safety applications. Since they are designed with parts commonality in mind, the sensing option is interchangeable with existing HydraForce cartridge valves, is compatible with manual override options, and uses an industry standard cavity. The new coupling tube, sensor and sensor housing are available in a variety of valves ranging from sizes 10 to 16. This valve features a CE-rated sensing element, and is therefore suitable for global application.
