NF Energy Saving Corp. has announced successful developments in its R&D efforts with the launch of the DN3600 Ductile iron butterfly valve. The Company also announced an initial order for the butterfly valve by the Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau. Specific characteristics include: improved anti-corrosion and impact resistance ability of the valve. The inside diameter of the valve is 3.6m and meets the requirements of clean drinking water standards and has also passed the environment protection standard authentication. The experts from Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau have decided to purchase 24 sets of NF Energy’s DN3600 Ductile iron butterfly valves, with a contract value amount of USD 2.6 million. The Company intends to deliver the products beginning September 2009.
