Norvalves AS acquired by Ham-Let

Norvalves AS has recently been acquired by public company, Ham-Let. Norvalves has been developing and manufacturing valves for the oil and gas industry for 30 years, creating a strong footprint within the industry for high quality products. The acquisition supports Norvalves’ strong market position due to the resources available within valve design and additional product line within Ham-Let.

Norvalves is a Norwegian valve manufacturer located at the Coast Center Base, in the Bergen Subsea region, where all product development, production and sales take place. The new owners commit to further development of Norvalves to ensure an even greater focus on technology, market and, most importantly; to deliver  outstanding quality. The new owners will utilize its existing international network to bring Norvalves to a stronger position in the international market.

Alongside this, Norvalves will become Ham-Let’s sales and service center in  Scandinavia, serving the North European market for the Ham-Let group’s existing customers. The acquisition, will not affect any of Norvalves many approvals or certificates. The company looks forward to new impulses and strategies to drive the business forward through continuous improvement (ISO 9001, PED, Achilles etc).
