OCV Fluid Solutions, the designing, and manufacturing of hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated, automatic control valves, announces strategic movements of existing team members along with appointments of new employees.
In December, Chief Financial Officer Mike Woods retired after serving more than 40 years at OCV. Newly appointed as his replacement is Sharon Hamblin. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her to OCV. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Langston University and a Master’s Degree in Business from Southern Nazarene University. She later acquired her CPA license and spent over 25 years under the accounting function within a variety of industries.
Also new to OCV is Felicia Keim, selected for the position of Customer Service & Logistics Administrator. Felicia has occupied Customer Service-related roles in a variety of industries for 20 years.
As OCV is expanding, two new positions were developed and subsequently filled with existing team members: Jarrod McCain, Manager North America Waterworks Division, and Alex Baul, Manager of Operations. Jarrod has spent 9 years in the energy industry and has been on OCV’s team for the past 3 years he previously occupied the position of Business Development Manager. Jarrod is now focused exclusively on North America overseeing the implementation of new waterworks product lines. His goal is to strengthen the vision and strategically grow the OCV Fluid Solutions brand. Alex, who joined OCV in 2018, was formerly the Customer Service & Logistics Manager. She has spent 9 years in the manufacturing industry, with the last 7 years specifically in Logistics. As Manager of Operations, Alex is responsible for overseeing production timelines, acting as a liaison between the Sales department and customers, and monitoring potential issues and opportunities in the supply chain.
