Oliver Valves India opens new manufacturing facility

Oliver Valves is pleased to announce the opening of its new, purpose-built manufacturing facility in India, marking a step change in the role the site plays within the wider Oliver Valves family of companies. Formerly a regional manufacturing operation, the new facility now operates as an international manufacturing and supply chain hub, supporting projects and customers across the globe.

The 45,000 square foot factory became fully operational on 2 January 2026, following the successful relocation of all machinery by 15 December 2025. The transition has been carefully managed to ensure uninterrupted production while significantly expanding both capacity and capability.

The site is now equipped to manufacture components weighing up to 3 tonnes and brings a range of critical processes fully in-house. These include an in-house painting facility, advanced non-destructive testing capabilities, including fluorescent liquid penetrant inspection, and a modern inspection suite featuring a Coordinate Measuring Machine, contour tracer, and surface roughness testers. A dedicated clean room has also been established for the production of oxygen clean valves, supporting high-integrity and safety-critical applications.

Beyond increased manufacturing capability, the new facility plays a strategic role within the Group’s global supply chain. Closely integrated with Oliver Valves’ UK operations and international sales network, the Indian factory provides a robust link between British engineering standards and customers in the far reaches of the world, enabling shorter lead times, greater flexibility, and consistent quality across global projects.
