OMB has launched a new set of on-lines services based on the redesigned website www.ombvalves.com. New tools have been introduced to improve the service level and increase the co-operation among various organisations. The first of these, the MTR Distribution Centre, has more than 20 distributors with 24-hour, seven-day access to the complete database of Material and Test certificates and related Mill Reports (OMB standard certificate is 3.1B). Mr Brevi confirmed that the system will be extended to all OMB distributors in a short time. “OMB Valves spa has entered into an extensive re-organisation aimed at supporting the distribution network with innovative tools and services” confirmed Fabio Brevi, general manager of Fluicon, OMB ball valves division. OMB’s MTR Distribution Centre will be shown at booth 103 of the Valve World Exhibition in Maastricht next week.
