Oxford Flow moves to new headquarters

Oxford Flow, the flow control equipment specialist innovating valves and regulators that support the energy transition, is proud to announce that it has moved into a new, larger headquarters in Oxfordshire. The new facility consolidates multiple sites across the county, bringing together all teams under one roof in Witney, Oxfordshire. This move is designed to support the company’s accelerating growth in headcount, leadership, operations, and UK manufacturing capabilities.

Since its founding in 2015, Oxford Flow has scaled significantly. In December 2023, the company reported a year-on-year doubling of operational activity and a ~10% increase in global headcount. More recently, in 2025, Oxford Flow announced another 52% increase in its global headcount since January. Alongside growth in staff, the leadership team has also expanded to strengthen the company’s global presence and industry expertise.

Oxford Flow’s growth is underpinned by strong investor support. In December 2024, the company secured USD 25M in Series C funding, co-led by bp Ventures and Energy Impact Partners (EIP), to scale operations and ramp up development efforts. This investment has been instrumental in enabling the expansion of the Oxford Flow team, the manufacturing capacity, and its global expansion ambitions.

The new office was chosen to bring all current Oxfordshire-based sites into a unified facility, improving collaboration across engineering, production, commercial, R&D, and support functions.

The larger footprint accommodates the increased headcount, enabling more efficient workflows and more space for future hires.

The expanded facility provides enhanced support for UK manufacturing efforts, strengthening Oxford Flow’s ability to deliver high-quality valves and regulators to customers worldwide.
