Panam opens new production facility

Panam Engineers Ltd., has announced the opening of a new production facility. The new facility, an investment of USD 10 million, is located at the Prantij, Gujarat , India. It consists of a 13000 square meter area and houses an array of different semi-automatic machines, including 27 CNCs and 5 VMCs. A SCADA/PLC based testing bench has also been installed, as per ASTM F1387 and MSS SP 99 for instrumentation products.

The new facility is part of Panam’s ongoing expansion plans. This year alone the company has expanded its product range with new double block and bleed valves, high pressure fitting valves –with a max pressure up to 60000 psi–, control valves, API 6A wellhead valves and fittings, and pressure, differential and temperature transmitters.

The company, founded in 1998, is headquartered in Mumbai, where it also has two factories, which are complete in-house facilities. Panam has several certifications in place and currently exports to 40 different countries around the globe. With the new expansion plan the company hopes to find new distributors around the globe.
