Parcol to supply high pressure urea service valves

Parcol has recently been awarded an important order from the Japanese Toyo Engineering Corporation for the supply of specialty urea service control valves for the Chambal’s latest brownfield Ammonia Urea Expansion, Phase III at Gadepan, Kota District in Rajasthan, India. This expansion will result in additional production of around 2 million metric tonnes of urea annually. Currently, India is importing about 8 million tonnes of the country’s total requirement of 31 million tonnes. The sector has about 30 producing units. Parcol’s experience in urea service control valves dates back to late ‘60s and more than one thousand high pressure control valves have been delivered over the years to urea plants, from Central and South America, to India, China, Russia and many other countries.
