In October 2016, Parcol was awarded an important contract for the supply of critical angle valves for the Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) 40000 MTPA melamine plant at Vadodara, Gujarat – India.
The company already operates two Melamine Plants at its Vadodara Complex with an aggregate production capacity of 15000 MTPA, which after commissioning of the proposed project by Q3 FY 2017-18 would give total Melamine production of 55000 MTPA.
Melamine is a chemical made directly from urea, which finds application in high-end plastic products such as molding compounds, decorative laminates, adhesives for the woodwork industry, coating resins, concrete plasticizers, and resins for paper finishing. All off-gases generated in the melamine plant can be recycled back to the urea plant where they will be converted again into urea thus making a melamine plant perfectly integrated within a fertilizer complex.
Parcol has developed a experience in controlling fluid with high viscosity or high tendency to crystalize and to solidify with wide usage of special materials, in trim design and in all particular body executions.
