PBM’s Transmitter Isolation Valve (TIV) separates pressure and level transmitters from storage or transfer tanks, while reducing downtime and maintenance. A combination of purge ports and optional milled flats on the ball surface enable Clean-In-Place without process interruption. Minimal dead space prevents media buildup. Standard calibration ports allow inline calibration checks. Two hardware configurations safely meet valve and transmitter mounting needs. 90-degree open/close handle prevents stem wear and leakage. Available in sizes 1’, 2”, 2½” and 3”, and in 316 S/S, 317L S/S, Hastelloy, Titanium, Alloy 20, and other materials. 2” and 3” 150# flange end fittings available.
