PD3 control electronics for proportional valves

The newly developed PD3 electronics can be mounted directly on a solenoid coil or connected to a standard solenoid coil with a cable. It offers a very simple and cost-effective way to directly control proportional valves and parameterising them via a standardised IO-Link interface, as well as transmitting command value and diagnostic data. Furthermore, thanks to the IO-Link interface, PD3 electronics are suitable for IoT connections and ideal for use in an Industry 4.0 environment. Alternatively, the control can also take place as an analogue voltage or current signal or via a digital frequency or PWM signal.
The PD3 is IP67-protected and equipped with LED status indicators that show the functional elements of the control system. For parameterisation and diagnosis of the PD3, there is either the IO-Link connection available or the newly developed Wandfluh App, via which the PD3 electronics can be directly parameterised and diagnosed.
