PED accreditation for two FCx companies

Two further manufacturing companies within the global FCx Flow Control group have secured technical accreditation for trading within Europe. Both FCx Orton and FCx Thompson Valves have received formal confirmation that their Quality system, Design controls and manufacturing procedures ensure that products meet the important new European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) well ahead of 29 May 2002, the date by when it will become compulsory under European Law. They join FCx Truflo Rona, which gained its accreditation late last year. PED accreditation was secured by FCx Orton in June and by FCx Thompson Valves in August.
