Gordon Croucher, UK Sales Office Supervisor at valve actuation specialist Rotork, has, with Rotork’s sponsorship, embarked on a programme to raise thousands of pounds of local and national charities. The most recent event was the 102-mile Bath to London cycle race, in which Gordon joined over 400 cyclists to raise money for Action Medical Research. Earlier in the year Gordon also completed the Flora London Marathon to raise nearly GBP 2000, again for Action Medical Research. In the last few years Rotork has also helped Gordon to complete the Three Peaks Challenge for the Mitchemp Trust and to climb the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro for the Dorothy House Cancer Hospice. Gordon plans to take part in more events in the future, which, with the continued support of Rotork, will add to the five-figure sum that his efforts have so far raised.
